Anyone aged 12 to 100 who wants a calmer, more intentional start to the day — no prior yoga, meditation or spiritual experience is needed.

It's a wellness education and personal-development program. Practices are optional and adaptable to your comfort, body and beliefs — spiritual language can be interpreted however fits your own outlook.

Just an internet connection and a quiet space — the program is 100% online.

The first 5 sessions are free.
